Library rules to be followed while referring the library.
General Rule :
- Students must carry their readers cards & ID Cards whenever they enter in the library.
- Users of the library must sign in the entry log register which is kept at the entrance counter.
- Talking is permitted in the library but only in quite tones and low voices.
- Some library materials such as reference books which can not be issued out of the library but on request can be issued for class reference or for short duration on library readers card.
- No bags or personal belonging will be allowed inside the library. Users must keep their bags and files at the property counter. Only loose papers and their valuable things will be permitted in the library.
- Users who want to carry Laptop inside the library should take prior permission of the Librarian.
- Users are requested not to keep Money or Valuable inside the library.
- No Eatable and drinks are allowed in the Library.
- Mobiles should be kept silent or vibration mode users are not allowed to talk on mobile phone in the Library.
Rules regarding Borrowing of Books
1. Reference books such as Encyclopedia, Dictionaries, Maps, DP Sheets, Standards can not be issued out of the library.
2. Degree Course, Diploma students can take one book for 7 days, some other books can be issued for 2 days. If issued books are not returned on due date Late fine Rs 10.00 will be charged.
3. If book is lost, borrower of the book should informed to the library staff and should replace the book or pay the cost of the book.
3. Faculty Members, Teachers are allowed to take 2 books at time for 15 days.
4. Library facility is available for outside college students also on producing their ID proofs but they are not allowed to take any book from the library.
